I was told false information by representative

About 1 month ago i signed up for direct tv, i ordered 1 dvr and i had 2 recievers from a previous account. They told me they would give me a free 3 room installation, which they did, but they told me i had to purchase 2 additional cards at $20 a piece. I did. For my old recievers. They also told me they were giving away vouchers for $20 off a month for 1 yr. They said my bill would be about $54 a month. My 1st bill was $68 for the first month because they didnt recieve my voucher yet. I jus got my second bill it was $78 i called and the other rep. Told me that they are going to charge me $4.99 a month for my own recievers, even after i purchased 2 cards for them, which they did not tell me that when i first signed up, or i would have just ordered new equipment with my new account, and the cards wouldnt have cost me anything, just the $4.99 a month which i am paying now anyway. And they are only giving me $10 off the bill a month for a yr.instead of $20. All they will do is apologise for the misrepresentation, but will do nothing about it, and now im stuck in a year contract.
