I am a homeowner and have had work done by Rudek Construction. To my knowledge Juan will hire subcontractors to do everything and he is named as the general contractor. He signs the contract, then expects the subs to schedule, organize, perform the work, and communicate with us during the duration of the job. He lies and sais he is out of town when he is sitting on his a* at home. He screams at people expecting them to be doing his job for him. On top of it he will sign a contract and take a large chunk of the money up front for his "OVERHEAD" which he does not have then chew the subs down as much as possible until there is basically no profit left for them. BEWARE of this scam artist!
