General contractor fraudulent bidding practices, sob-contractor ripoff, failure to pay

DBC uses fraudulent bidding practices to hire sub-contractors for building banks and financial institutions. They tell you at the prebid price is more important than quality. But, after getting you in the contract, they hold you to the most difficult standard ever concieved in construction.

And after the work has progressed to over 80% complete, (they have only paid 40%), they terminate the contract, hire another sub, and keep the difference to increase their profit. They work in mostly small towns, and rarely use the same subs, or build in the same towns. They call every sub in the town for the best prices, then try to put them out of business, hoping the sub will not be able to pursue arbitration to recover the money earned. This is why they get away with it.
