I found a website called wizkicks.com while shopping for clothing items; they had some hard to find rare at items at a very reasonable price so I decided to give it a try.
I placed my order for Evisu jeans and a shirt on October 2nd 2007 for a total of 114.98. The best part about it is that the shipping was free, which now I understand because they never shipped them.
This is where the trouble starts.in the terms and conditions it says that it would take between 5-6 business days to process my order and I would recieve and email with the shiping information. After that it would take about 2-4 weeks to receive my order which totals about a 2-6 week waiting time.in the mean time if I had any questions or concerns they had a trouble ticket area where I can ask a question and a staff member would respond within 24 hours.
Well I gave it a few weeks, because I knew it would take some time, and then I decided to check on the status of my order because the money had already been deducted out of my checking account but I had yet to receive an email with the shipping information. When I checked on my order it was still in the processing state and had not been shipped. Since, that part was only suppose to take 5-6 days I decided to put in a help ticket asking why my order was not yet processed. I got a general response from the staff stating that they were backed up on orders and taking longer than usual to get them shipped out but they would compensate with a discount on my next order and put it at the top of the shipping list to cut the wait time.
I excepted that answer and decided to give it some more time and just wait it out. As long as the company was still within the time frame given to get my order to me they would respond to all of my inquiries with a general and not so customer friendly response. Usuall they would always point out that they were still in compliance with the terms and conditions I agreed when placing my order.
Finally, after going back and forth and giving them the benefit of the doubt about the timing I found that it was well past the time frame. I left help ticket after help ticket. I have written numerouse testimonials that although all have been submitted none post to the site. I have sent emails just asking for my money back and I get absolutly no response. I remind you that I placed this order on October 2 and it is now March, 13 2008 and when I go to the site and look up my order it still says processing and not yet shipped. It is pretty safe to say that after 5 months they are not planning on delivering or refunding my money. I reall just want my money back because judging from the expirience the product is probably just as crappy. If they have any at all.
