I have had a visa card with Cross Country Bank for approximately 5 years.in those 5 years, I have been charged with numerous (unable to count them) late fees.
I wrote the company? A letter concerning the late mailing of bills to me (5 days before the due date of payment) and made them aware that I knew what they were up to!
I tranferred my balance to another lower rate credit card, and now they are still charging me with annual fees 5 days before the due date, in order to collect late fees!
I'm fed up and am happy to see that I am not the only person being shammed by Cross Country. What a rip-off!!!
I only hope other people can be made aware of there foul practices before going through the agony that so many of us are experiencing!
I did not receive a copy of a settlement of any kind in the mail from these scam-artists. If possible, could a copy be e-mailed to me to look over?
