Rae Bordman the director of Norh Star Industries-Day Treatment is cut throat when it comes to employees. No wonder her turnover rate is astronomical!
I worked for Rae Bordman about a year ago. I was let go because I wasn't a "good fit" for the clique in the room I was in. Big whoop.
More recently my husband worked for NSI-DT. He had some absences, after one due to his medical condition Rae Boardman approached him and told him that if he was out again if it was excused or unexcused he would be terminated from his position.
My husband, was admitted in the ER, due to his sugar. From this my husband felt his employment was terminated, therefore didn't go back in. Yes, bad on his part I know. However, he rather had just stayed home than gone in and signed termination papers. WHICH THEY DO NOT HAVE!
NOW Rae Boardman and her employees are telling New York State Department that my husband was TERMINATED. And is denying him his unemployment benefits.
If you work for this company-BEWARE
If you are looking to work for this company-DONT
You are better off staying on unemployment or working for who you work for now!!!
