A cahrge of 7.64 appered on my March 3rd Verizon bill. OAN billed me for a call that was less than 1 minute and could not tell me to whom the call was made... Only that someone must have called 1015158000 to prompt those charges. Problem is no one was at home at the time they claim the call was made and we have never heard of or ever called that number. They said they cannot credit my verizon bill but will see fit to send me a check in the near future. Waiting to see what happens. Only wish Verizon could be supportive and deny payment but my call to them was met with "Call OAN at 800-731-7777; we only pass on charges on your bill, they are the billing entity."
