Same pattern, One month after making a purchase with jc penny the $9.95 charge started monthly, After two failed attemps to contact this company to stop the charges, I am forced to file a complaint to the bbb of ohio and now this complaint. I have also filed a complaint and investigation report with visa, and have reversed the charges for sevices not provided. I should only hope that this is an illegal practice and will be pursued as a criminal matte
