I was visiting my sister who lives in Fox Glen. The day care is on the corner. I went and visted little Landon who is in a body cast after breaking his femer at the day care and they left him alone in a chair. His mother had to rush him to the hospital where he underwent surgery.
While I was walking in the neighborhood, I had to call the Sheriff's office after I witnessed on of the day care workers pick a young child up by the arm and twirl her and toss her onto the concrete. I witness their verbal abuse of the children in the playground. As I stood at the fence, the children stood at the window and cried out to me... And they had no idea who I was.
They had this police officer stand up and say what a great day care this place is. I hope that Police Officer is a better cop and investigates crimes on behalf of North Carolina then she does her own child's daycare.
It makes me sick that tthe Day Care Director with a straight face held a parent meeting and told them parents that everything is okay. I pray that God will forgive the lady that I saw screaming at children and flinging the one child around by the arm... And I pray that God will keep those children safe.
