Dear Asad,

I have had time to reflect on the whole enrolment process and I am not impressed. The way things have been handled leave much to be desired and give me very little confidence in the institution you work for.

1. It has taken an awfully long time to process my application and this has already caused me to miss the February intake. You only informed me that I had missed the deadline after it had long gone.

2. You asked for my MSc transcripts and these were sent to you on time. But a few weeks later, you came back to me requesting my transcripts from a lower degree.

3. I duly obliged and got these transcripts to you. I did not hear from you for several weeks and, the next time I heard from you was the actual deadline for registering.

4. Contrary to the entry requirements to the DBA programme on your website, you were now telling me that I could not enrol into the DBA programme I wanted and that I had to change to a degree programme I have no interest in.

5. All this took place after I had sent you $45 enrolment fee. This smacks of a rip-off.

I feel disappointed and totally furious with myself for having allowed this charade to carry on for so long.

Please do not bother to proceed with my application.
