These people have had our home in forclosure 3 times and we have paid them over 17,000.00 since April.
I am looking at paperwork right now dated 08/23 telling us that a late charge was being assesed to us we also have a statement saying we paid them 1817.09 on 07/31.
We are about to give up and let them have our home, we have been here 17 years and have never had to deal with people this coniving or backstabing, I am 52 and my hushand is 56 it will not be easy to start over.
My husband called them the other night and now thay want 3700.00 suposadly for lawyers fees and we have not heard or seen any kind of lawyer or letter from a lawyer. These people have caused me to clean put my 401 twice I cannot do it again.
