I also was charge for several months in the amount of $12.99 for five (5) months. Email AT&T phone company and they gave me the Number for ILD in which I called. They gave me another number in which I called. To my surpise a lady name Bonnie was very kind and remove all charges. Well lets see what happens on my next bill. This company is a voice service company called Meteline. Somhow My wife enter info on a web page by mistake (according) to her. Anyway lets see whats happens.
Oh Yess AT&T was also helpfull, they ask if I could give them the okay and they will remove the charges. I think that all complaints should be under the Company name which is Meteline tech, and not ILD which is a billing company. No I do not work for them.
