In a time of desperation, we ran across CCDN on the internet, (from an e-mail we received), and in-turn e-mailed them. They responded and told us that due to federal laws regarding truth in lending, and that we weren't really loaned, nor did we owe any money to these credit card companies. Since we had tried to work with the CC companies and they had drastically accelerated interest rates, we felt we had paid all we owed or more. At the time they were constantly harassing us, demanding full payment having us post date checks, and had pulled other dirty tricks on us, we turned to CCDN out of desperation. We were told that it would take about12 or 13 months to complete the lawsuits. These were to be Federal lawsuits. We were also told it was 100% effective, and that our credit records would be totally cleaned up. My wife has been doing most of the communication with CCDN (Tracy Webster), and their local contact/marketer. She was told it would cost $4500.00, which they said would carry us completely through the process, and I borrowed the money from my brother and we paid them. We were surprised to find that when we started responding to the collection agencies and court, we were sent templates, which I had to fill in data myself. The last response information that CCDN sent us did not fit the subject of the request from the collection agency, and we have been unable to get a response from CCDN, either by phone or email. None of our requests for communications has been returned, and any day we will probably be summoned to court because of it.
