I am also a victim of Skype. I have never used there service, or have I ever downloaded it to my pc. I recieved 4 charges on my debit account for
$14.47. I tryed to locate a telephone number for the company and couldn't find one. I have written them 4 nasty emails requesting them to stop charging my account. I have no idea how they got my card number. They caused me to overdraft my account. I just got a new debit card and the only 2 places I put the new number was on Paypal for selling my ebay items and Netflix for my dvd's. How they were able to get my new number and put these fraudulent charges on my bank card is beyond me. I filled a dispute with my bank and there going to invistigate it. They also cancelled my card. Do anyone know why or how they are able to get away with this? In my email to Skype, I told them I was going to report them to the better business bureau.
I am so pissed!
