Skype took money from my bank account without my authorisation. Sometimes up to five times per month. There is no way to report them. I have tried to contact them but they don't have an address or phone number. They have an mail address which i have used. But after my 15 attemps to contact them with no success, they have disable the email address. I called the ombudsman and could not help. There are no services in uk to defend customers from scam and fraud. I asked my bank to reverse the charges and now I am waiting to see what the bank is going to do. Do not use skype. They are not serious.
