Where is the State Attorney General, BBB, ICC, FCC, I'll even talk to the press. How can these companies get away with going into your personal checking account and take out your money. Please tell me there has to be a law. I have never given anyone permission to access my bank account. They accessed private information and stole my money. Not once, but twice, two days apart for different amounts. Needless to say by account became in the red. They have told me over the phone that they will reimburse me for all the bad check fees, and return all my money, etc. I am not going to hold my breath.
