I have been writing this company for over a week and they are refusing to refund my money. They advertise unlimited ringtones for 1 year for 18.00, they don't tell you that your carrier will also charge you 1.99 per each download and. 10 for the text message they send you and also charges for the use of the internet to download the ringtone to our phone.
My point is you can purchase ringtones off my carrier for only 1.99 with no additional charges, so my question is what is this company about, we are being double charged once by them when they say unlimited downloads that is true to an extent they don't state anywhere that you will accru additional charges from your carrier. Their responses to my continuous letters seems to be generated by some computer cause no matter how explicit I get with explaining my self they keep going to the issue that "Their sorry that my phone is not compatible" When that is not even the issue cause my phone is completely compatible.
Their just a rip off I want to know how many other people have they ripped off cause their terms and conditions all make it sound too good until you get your cell phone bill and see all of these other charges and when I called my carrier they explained that their are alot of companies out there doing this and they have no contracts with them so they are charging for the downloads.
