Dada Ringtones - dada.net False advertising claiming a free Ringtone and claiming sign-up for service based on a text message response

Dada.net advertised a FREE ringtone for mobile phones. Based on a short text message which is portrayed to be a confirmation code for this free ringtone only and does not indicate any conditions, they claim that you have signed up for service. Someone shut these fraudsters down.
