Enrolled in Medical Assistant Program - 11 days upon completion, Fedral Govt shut them down, had to repay loan and never have been able to get to finish program

I entered the Medical Assistant program at HCI. During the course (11 days from completion) the Federal Govt shut the school down for fraud. I never have been able to reach the company for a copy of my records and have not been able to recieve help from the Dept of Education. I had to continue to pay my student loan which is now paid in full.

I would like to obtain my records so that I may sit for my cetification and complete my externship which is the only portion I had left to complete. This has left me in financial distress and also without a career option.
