My wife bought the v2 late one night on Shop at home NBC. I tried to get her to to return it and she said she just wanted to try it out. Since they go from the order date and not the date that it arrives to you, the warranty expired for return. 30 days it was.
So we dealt with it. I have had to reinstall the OS (operating System) about 5 times in the past year. This company is just awful for service. I have left over 20 calls for customer service and have not had 1 single call returned. I truely feel like Viscom just tries to grind you down and wear you. This way you won't call anymore. They just want you ti give up. I honestly say that this is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. The owner JIM is a crook-
At this juncture I am still trying to hunt down a keyboard. I have been looking since Nov. 2007 and placing calls and emails daily. I even called the MN atty gen.
If anyone knows about parts them please contact me ASAP.
Stay away from these products and more importantly this co. All costs.
