Rip-off! Cash money order never sent jordons

On December 13th I order a pair of Jordons 11 for my husband for christmas. I sent several e-mails and never got a response, until today 12.30.04 on said that they never received payment the other said they received payment and the order was being processed.

I've been trying to get a phone number for this company and it's been to noavail. Whatever help you can offer in this matter will be greatly appreiciated.
