Pasted around so I could not close out my lease. Even after it has been satisfied

I had signed up for a credit card service with a company that did not revealed to me that I would have to deal with a company such as Northern Leasing. Once the contract was signed with the credit card processing company the nightmare began.

About six months into the contract I noticed money being pulled out of my account in huge amounts that just did not add up. I contacted Northern Leasing, since they were the ones pulling out the money. They argued with me about the contract contents and that they were taking out money they were entitled to. I tried to explain to them that I have a copy of the contract and no where in there did it entitle them to take out such amounts as they were claiming. After several hours of getting hung up on, passed from person to person, and just generally being given the run around I gave up talking to Northern Leasing.

By the way, my calls were answered by some lady that claimed to be answering calls for several companies, at 800-683-5433, and that I would have to give her the name of a specific person to speak with before she could transfer my call. It sounded like she was in a basement or big empty room. BIG RED FLAG!!! Then my call to 866-781-0452, another number Northern Leasing uses, was answered by Zack Bynoe after being on hold for nearly 30 minutes and the automated system hanging up on me. Nice person, just not any help. He kept telling me there was nothing he could do to assist.

I had to contact my bank directly to get this stopped. Thank goodness they had the juice needed to get this issue stopped.

Now on to the next big problem. Now that the lease term is up and I want to terminate the lease I am really getting the run around now.

I called Northern Leasing at the end of the lease to terminate the contract. Again with the person to person run around. Same lady as before, back to Zack and now enters some guy named Larry.

The delay tactics are in now in play by them. I tried to cancel the lease a month ago, got hung up on, called back, no one answered so I left voice messages on Zack's voicemail as well as the general voicemail box. I just finished a call with this Larry person. Larry told me that Zack has been on vacation for the past five weeks and that no one has access to his voicemail and that I should have left the message on the general mail box. I did do that and ole Larry had nothing to say about it. He just got rude and refused to refund the money they took. They are refusing to refund the money they pulled out of my account since I cancelled the lease a month ago. They are now claiming that I did not cancel the lease and that they will continue to pull money out until they receive the equipment. They never discussed with me about where to send the equipment or anything relating to the equipment. This is another delay tactic so they can continue to pull money out of my account.
Once again I have gotten my bank involved. They will follow this through to the end. I hate to think that I would have to drive to NY for a face to face in order to resolve this issue. I am not above it.
