Purchase one softwares named System Mechanic 7 Professional - Up to 3 PC's - by iolo Technologies having a $40 rebate and a $30 rebate per software under the promotion #06-62439 and #06-62758. For the rebate #06-62439, as per that promotion company promised on the official rebate form that 'Limit one rebate per name, address, household or company'. For the rebate #06-62758, as per that promotion company promised on the official rebate form that 'Limit ten rebates per name, address, household or company'.

Upon calling 1-800-432-9102 the CSR says that these two rebates are invalid due to 'Household limit exceeded' as the limit is only for 1 rebate. And CSR says they treat the same phone number as the same address, which is ridiculous. Actually the other one using the same phone number to submit the rebate is the one living in the same apartment. But we are not the same name, address, household or company. We are just the students in the same university. Actually my second rebate definitely should with no problem because the rebate is limit 10 per address. I asking him to investigate the phone number to see if that is the personal phone number, and he rejected, and said no way to valid my rebates. I also provided a solution to change the phone number to my cell number, and was rejected either. They just want to reject every rebate without any reason!
