Fraudulent billing to credit card every month for membership to some program that I never heard about and that I never agreed to joint
I recently found out that my credit card was being billed every month from MWI Connections, in the amount of $12.95 a month. I did not recognize this charges. I could not find out the address of this company. I searched on the Internet and found that there are hundreds of complains about this company and their telephone number.
I called and a representative told me that I must have ordered something from a TV commercial and that at that time I was problably offered the membership in some kind of program for purchase discounts in a variety of stores, etc. I told him that it is absolutely not true, I never ordered such thing and that I wanted credit for all the charges made to my credit card. He assured me that they are going to credit my account in 7 to 10 days for the amount of five payments of 12.95 each. I hope that the money is credited as he said.
