I usually just get my Verizon bill and pay the balance monthly. This particular time I noticed (2) $19.95 charges on my bill from ILD Teleservices, with a telephone number (800) 433-4518 for questions. I called, and all I get is a automated message.
I am tired of company's just take my hard earnings to use to their advantage. I am a struggling woman, trying to keep up with the basic bills. I called my local telephone service and explained to them about this situation in August. I thought this was resolved, but I am continously being charged for a service that I do not use. I cannot get rid of this service. I do not know what to do, but I do refuse to pay ILD Teleservices.
