Wrongfully and fraudently misrepresented warranty

To whom it may concern; On approcimately 5 different occasions since warranty has been in effect american home shield has misled and misrepresented themselves to myself and to the contractors that they have employed to do their so called warranty work. 1. Always late to contact. 2unprofessional in contacting. 3. Not once completing work as noted in warranty. 4. Never able to talk to anyone in supervisory to resolve issues. 5. Local contractors hired by ahs always needed to be called back on one unique job as many as 5 times.
