I am trying to cancel membership and they gave me a bogus web address of www.cslogin.com

I am trying to cancel my membership to Onyx Platinum Membership and they had a web address of www.ConsumerBill.com. I entered that site and it told me of a new portal address of www.cslogin.com. I entered that site address and did not find the site.
