Computer Handicapped Aid Program Ripoff

I paid $109 for a refurbished computer in Sept. And it's now November and I've not received a thing. And the proceeds were supposed to aid the handicapped. A 30-day mone-back guarantee ws advertised with a 20-year
unconditional repair or replacement warranty. How can that take effect if you never receive the product!
