$199 laptop

The company c. Reynolds handicapped aid program sent me a post card indicating i could buy some laptop computers cheap and help out handicapped individuals.
I sent for 2 @$199 each. They cashed my check on april 11. I have not received any computers or any response from multiple emails sent and filing with the bbb in california. No word from them either.
