I had purchased a car with 1500.00 dollars down. When you need a car you try to work with what you have. The car was going to be in my husband's name. Howerver Drive Financial said no that the car place needed to put the car in my name. I informed them that I did not even work. They said it would be okay drive financial could to take care of it. We then had to take the only car they would give us "we did not pick our car ". They said we would be given a a 2006 Ford Taurus no power lock, sunroof, leather seats nothing. Drive Financial then said I could be appoved. Well they appoved me alright for 19,000.00 dollars. My monthly payments were 480.00 dollars. I finally got tired of over paying for a car that was not worth it and told them lower payments or take the car. They did not lower payments so they took the car. Well they sold the car and have not changed the title so now the person who is driving it got it towed and it it is my name. Drive Financial has messed up my credit I had to get another car from our friend. I would like to file a class action lawsuit if possible.
