Didn't feel right about it but was interested enough. After thinking about it which is a consumer right wanted to cancel. Something about the 200.00 deduction from an already overdrawn account just didn't add up in my already hurting head. The recording said we had three days to cancel in writing; when I called to get a fax number to fax the cancellation in and cancel the upcoming first withdrawal on Nov. 1 which for the record the money would not be there the very rude customer care specialist said it would take three days for my info to be put into the system.
Okay if it takes three days for the info to get put in how can you take the money out in two and it was only an hour since I was given a confirmation number why not take the confirmation number and reverse it before it gets any further along in the system to begin with. Something is not right. Will try to contact them today to get a fax number to cancel the transaction.
Am working with my bank already to get this cancel from their end. Feel preyed upon and stupid once again in a month. Got paid for taking home surveys four weeks ago with a counterfiet check to the tune of 2950.00. Not cool at all. Especially when myself and my 14 yr old who are emotionally disabled and I am physically disabled live below the poverty line.
So much for trying to find money for food when the food stamp program fails ya'. Wish I had never picked up the telephone yesterday. And I told them I had a migraine. I hope this doesn't mess me up with my bank or with the little monies I do have. I should have come here first. Lesson learned for sure.
