Ripped me off and the bank wont reverse the transaction even though I reported fraudulent use within 24 hours ripoff

They told me I could cancel at any time for 35.00 fee but when I told them to cancel it they said no.
I went to my bank within 24 hours of them taking 200.00 out of my account and the bank said they couldn't reverse it.

Is there anything I can do? I am a single mother and they just took the food right out of my daughters mouth.
