I invested a total of $349.99, to business owner, Kevin White CEO of Marketing Solutions International (MSI) on November 22nd 2006. I signed a contract that stated upon receipt of my investment I would receive 12 trained Sprint Nextel Cellular Sales Representatives to manage for MSI (Cellular Sub Dealer for Sprint Nextel) and receive a profit of all sales made by my team. Kevin White defaulted on this contract.
I have tried numerous times through email and by phone to contact Kevin regarding my refund. The majority of my calls were ignored and when I finally did speak with him he never resolved the issue. I have consistently tried contacting him since March 1st 2007 regarding this issue. There have been several arguments where he admitted he owed me money, and promised to pay it back, but has not done so. I managed to meet with Kevin around mid March and was able to recover $100 of the money. He still owes me $249.99 and again has made several promises to repay my money and even signed a contract on March 21st stating that he would refund my money within 10 business days and I should receive this payment around April 8th. I still have not received my refund. I called Kevin on April 9th and emailed him, attaching read receipt notifications to each email regarding my refund. He read the email but did not respond, I also called and emailed him on April 10th he read the email and still did not respond. I have patiently waited and trusted Kevin to honor the "refund contract" and repay the money.
Consumer's Desired Resolution:
I am asking that Kevin White promptly repay the money that he owes me. I have all documents proving that he owes me $249.99 along with an E-signed document promising to pay the money back. I will be more than happy to furnish all documents if necessary. I am asking that the full refund of $249.99 be submitted by cashiers check, money order, or to my Pay Pal account ASAP.
