On February 2, I ordered 3 books and set of CDs. I also signed up for a month of Newsletters according to their commercial.in the package was the 6 outdated newsletters as promised.in the letter that came with the stuff, it stated that my current issue was inclosed. It was not. I emailed them on February 9th because the newsletter was not enclosed. They charged my credit card for the full year on Feb. 2nd. Toward the end of Feb. I finally received the Feb. Newsletter.in the Feb. Newsletter they asked if I would agree to have them send the newsletters by email in exchange for the password to the website and it would be free access. I agreed. I never got the password. When I got the March newsletter it was through a link and at the end of March after begging for it. Then I got the May one at the end of May with a link. Neither link works any more. They used the excuse that the IPs were blocking their emails. That was the reason we were not getting our newsletters. I had them in my mailbox so that was not the reason. I wrote them about 30 emails and 3 letters. I never got an answer to my letters and only got an automatic responses to my emails. Finally on October 19th they promised inan email a refund for $53.55. I was to allow 2 to 3 billings for it to show up on my credit card. I never got a refund.in Feb. I sent about 8 emails to them requesting my refund. No answer. I then wrote them a certified letter with a return card. I never got an answer. The address was different from the one they have now. That old address was: Natural Cures, Inc., P.O. Box 342, Elk Grove Village, IL 60009. The card was signed by S. Curtiss. Since that I had writtten the BBB in MA. Natural Cures promised them I would get a check. I never got it. I contacted the Consumer Protection Program of Community Action in Haverhill, MA Natural cures told them that " We nave submitted a request to the Finance Dept. For a refund of $53.55." This was on June 13. I feel that I should not hold my breath until I get the money.
