Be aware of Tim Ballew! He was my real estate agent - sold me the house at Scottdale, got $9,810.00 for the transaction from me. He also got something from the other party - the house was foreclosed for $30 000.00 and sold to me at $75 000.00
Then he distroyed that old house - now the lot is empty. He promise to build the house, took $44 000.00 and dissapear. Does not return the calls.
I never meet a crook before.
I am sure I am not the only victim.
This morning I filed a police report.
How to get out of this mess? I have no idea.
