4 yrs ago I thought I sold my home to this women, and found out that she resold it to a 3rd party and then I was forced to loose the house that I was going to buy and rent a home because my credit got ruined. The house that I 'sold' to this woman, paper work was never filed with the county nor with the mortgage company. The only thing that was transfered was the deed to the land. The mortgage company foreclosed on the house and now I owe them $41,000 in back payment and interest. I can not even by a home because of this. I had a lawyer trying to get this fixed but her and her associates (minions) would not work with us at all. I was not able to afford the lawyer any more so I had to drop it completely. There is so much to this that I need a week to explain it.
I want justice!!!
