Hmmm... Where do i start? David herzog has been on ebay since 1999 ripping innocent buyers off on ebay and now has a store on route 9 in framingham, ma (game universe)... He buys best buy returns among other companies from different distributors all over the world. Hese items are broken, damaged, used etc, only far and few are just over stock items. David herzog knows this and sells them knowing they are damaged hoping that the consumer wont pay the $ 10 * shipping to return the item. Thats right he knowingly sells broken used crap and then if you want to return it you yes you have to pay the shipping to return it! Recently ebay changed its negative/neutral ebay score so this crooked seller has to refund some people there money back, others well like me just get scammed!!! I read all the other complaints about him and basically it discusts me, how can this person sllep at night you ask? Well he has no conscience and doesnt believe in god and is evil so its no problem for this crooked seller. Check out on myspace.com comments from past employees that worked for him, they admit he is evil and crooked and are thankful they no longer work for him. I feel sorry for his children and hope someday they dont grow up like their dad and rip people off!!!
