I am a repeat customer of both their online platform as well as their retail store and I have had only positive experiences with them across the board. They offer a myriad of video games and accessories, and they pride themselves on putting both repeat as well as new customers first. I am very impressed with how they always provide superior customer service and extensive knowledge of their products.
It's not that I feel that this Company needs a rave review, as their sales volume and reputation speaks for itself; however, there are people who use complaint as a means to achieve their personal vendettas and have posted on this website complete fabrications and nonsense. One such poster, who is a scorned ex-girlfriend of the owner of this Company, has posted several deceitful, defaming remarks about this Company.
All of her posts contain similar characteristics: horrific spelling, incorrect grammar, and poor punctuation. This just demonstrates how anyone could post whatever they want on here and this site is not monitored, and its readers should be selective about what they choose to believe.
It is unfortunate that complaint tolerates lies and "gibberish" to be posted on their website, and for this reason, these particular negative posts about these companies should be completely ignored and laughed at. My belief is, always consider the source!
