Back in January, I had purchased some items from Lynn Herzog (mumof2babies) and her company Welcome Home Gifts. I had purchased a total of $975 (excluding shipping costs) in merchandise. All of the things that I ordered from her arrived to me to my home completely damaged and completely broken. I have sent this woman numerous and several e-mails to her e-mail address [email protected] and several and nuemerous messages through her web site's contact us page. But, she has never even once responded to any of the e-mails or messages that I have sent to her. I have e-mailed her regarding the condition of the products that have arrived to me at my home. She simply just shrugged it off and ignored it like it was nothing at all. She did not care the least bit that the products that I had purchased from her had arrived to me completely damaged and in several pieces. I sent the damaged goods back to her via UPS. I was extremely angry about the way she treated me and about the way that her attitude towards me was. She would not refuned my money at all. Her products and service is extremely lousy and not worth it at all whatsoever. Also, she is extremely stupid. She is also extremely cluess and extremely unknowledgeable about how to treat customers as well as the products that they purchase from her. She is the worst person to do business with. I will never purchase from her ever again. Lynn Herzog, if you are reading this... I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY BACK! Please do not purchase from Lynn Herzog (mumof2babies) and her company Welcome Home Gifts and please do not do any business with her. She is an extremely inexperienced and lousy business woman.
