I was offered a free trial offer, where I paid a minimal amount (postage), I tried it and it absolutely did nothing. It was totally ineffective, I took it exactly as prescribed.
A couple of weeks later I was out of town, and upon returning home there was a package from Colonex700 with two full bottles and a charge to my account for 74.00... I called their toll free customer service number and was on hold for 45 minutes... No prompting or recording to say... All of our reps are busy etc. Just the phone ringing and ringing.
Two weeks later i received another package containing two more bottles and another charge of 74.00 to my account. I was steamed so I called the number again, this time waited 35 minutes when finally a very huffy and hostile service rep told me I had waited too late to get a refund but he would cancel any further orders and send me a link via email so I could get some "sort of refund".
I got the email confirmation, with no link for a refund, just a confirmation that I would no longer get any more of their product.
I emailed their customer support asking them for the so called link for a refund. They responded back that I had "waited" past the 14 day limit for a refund and that nothing was owed to me. So I am stuck with two months worth of useless pills and I have now lost over $140.00 for all of this. I believe that not only is Colonex700 totally worthless but that Colonex700 uses deceptive business practices.
