TV Addicts - DVD Avenue
Avoid at all cost, rip off company

I ordered a DVD set of the mini series Centennial from this company. Boy I wish I would have checked with usacomplaints.com first. They have not honored any of there online promises. Have yet to be able to talk to a real person. They don't answer live chat or respond to any emails I have sent. No email addresses or company addresses are provided. I have yet to receive my DVD set and they charged more to my credit card than they said they would. This company also uses two different names.

I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and have advised this company of it and that I want this order stopped and the charge refunded but they still have not answered me.
