Took my money. Did not render any service and blocked their number so you cant call them

They were supposed to find money for daughter in college... They said she qualified for 40000... I paid a money order for 479.00 and have no reponses from them and whenever i called to inquire they said they were still working on it and now their number is blocked and i tried to send an email and its not going eithe
