On August 27 I paid for a receiver PANSAT 3500 using my PayPal account. After that I've got a confirmation email from FreeToAir for my purchase. When I tried to find details about my receiver, initially I didn't get any answer, but when I told them that I will report this issue, all I got was 'the finger' (I have proof the email they sent me today, Sept. 11). No tracking number, no refund, nothing!
I consider this attitude outrageous and I would like to know if I could get some help.
