I purchased a fta receiver fron this vendor on march 1 and it had a problem within three months. So i emailed them for RMA number because it says the receiver has i year manufacture warranty. After wws reply to my e-mail i mailed the receiver to them and keep checking the status of the receiver. After about 3 (three) weeks i received an e-mail that the receiver has not been fixed and the technician does not work for the company. However, i waited and was told that it will be mailed on saturday (08/06) after which i received another mail stating that the tech. Has to take his daughter out some place and he will bring it on the following saturday. When i asked why my email was not read after 3 days i was told that wws don't use the ticketing system they had before. What company does not update consumer on their mailing issue. Anyway, i received an apology and was told that i would get my receiver back fixed or not. UP until today i have not received my receiver i don't know if they threw it away or what but, it was a waste of my $200.00us. Please beware of this company.
