My Name is Kumar. My company name is " XXXXXX LLC " located in Irving, Texas. We buy and sell used printing machines.

Last year around May, I tried to buy a machine from Jeff Exline, who is the owner of this ""Colorado Printing Equipment Co "

I paid the full money $67,500 to him, but he paid just $12,000 to the printer (Seller). I couldn't get my machine from him.

Finally I paid the machine cost directly to the printer and get the machine (I did double payment).

But JEFF EXLINE still haven't give my money $55,500 plus he got $5000 as a commision, so totally $60,000 back to me.

I believe he is Running his business with his wife name, but I am not sure.

Because of this Jeff-exline I am not able to do my business.$60,000 is a huge money for us.

We did file the case with the help of Colorado police department. They filed the criminal case against him. But this Jeff-exline still borrowing days from
Judge each and every hearing. This time on his last hearing on Aug-22, he told still he haven't money to give me and judge post pond the cast to October first week. Jeff is playing like this with Judge. Clearly he is not having any intension to pay my money back to me. If he still borrow days from Judge, then how can I get my money and live my life, I need my money to do business again. I need to take care of my family including 4 year old Kid. We are in bad situation, I am seeking for the right direction to get my money back from this JEFF Exline. He is living his life with my hard earned money but we are suffering a LOT.

I am requesting your help, Please help me to get my money from him.

I am ready to provide all the necessary documents to prove the transaction between me and Jeff Exline. I send money to him in the form of Wire transfer.
