I placed an order for the Jeff Paul system on Oct. 12 and paid extra to receive in 4-5 days. To this day I haven't received the system yet. I would like to cancel the order rather than wait any longer. Please refund all money paid to the credit card you have on file.
I tried to call the customer service line but to no avail I got left on hold for 25 minutes and still waiting while I am sending this email.
The Jeff Paul system is a fake they do not send back your money, when you paid good money for it to be shipped to you in 4-5 business days and you never get it. Then are told it will take 30 days plus for you to get your money back if you file a claim with them. But you can't get the claim form for 30 days so their 30 day money back guarantee is a fraud.
Please tell all on this web site to be very wary of the Jeff Paul 30 day guarantee.
