I can only compare filing another complaint against them to dumping a glass of water on a drowning man. Yes, we should have known better as well. All we really hoped for from them was a little insight, some decent equipment, and a proper website. O for 3 guys!
They have now taken their lack of support to a new level. When you call the support line you get the "Startup Storefront Support MESSAGING service, who is only capable of telling you that there are issues with Startup's phonelines, and they will open a support ticket for you. I have opened 3, all of which were closed by a single email directing me to do what I had already done.
We are going to begin to take the actions described in some of the other complaints, but we are hoping to avoid having to close our account. We will be happy to participate in legal action against them, or help light the fire to boil the oil to dip their tiny little private parts into, whichever would be most expeditious! I typically try to learn from an experience and just walk away, but in this case I would like to hope for the personal and professional ruin of each member involved with these companies. They have simply become an infected boil on the buttocks of humanity.
