I contacted the Office of the Attorney General in Texas regarding A-1 Leasing, Startup Essentials, etc. The Attorney General has taken legal action against Texas-based James One GP, L.L.C., Startup Essentials, L.L.C. And USAMerchant Systems Inc. You can their press release at:
