I to have been bitten. I had hopes that the problems I was having with sales was for lack of ranking with search engines and that it would improve with time.
Then I tried to talk with someone at Startup Essentials and found the main phone number has been disconnected. They are answering emails, as of yesturday, but I need to talk with a person.
I then called their direct line and it went to a answering service. Delina of Phoneternet, LLC said they are restructering and she could take a message and have someone call me. I will try this later today and will post the result.
After spending over $1200.00 and many laborous hours setting up my site I am at a loss as what to do. Colony One no longer is associated with Startup Essentials. Startup Store Front won't do anything unless that part of the site is broke. I think they have actually replaced Colony One, but not one will verify that. The only thing I can do is to stop paying and see where that goes. Luck to all. Thanks for listening.
