I should be old enough to know if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I purchased a massage chair for 599.99 with free shipping. I thought they were the same chairs that Brookstone sold. When it got here, the chair was no where to the quality I was expecting.
On the phone, they told me they have a 30 day money back guarantee. If I didn't like the chair, all I had to do was ship it back in the original carton. I could use any shipping service I wanted. I just had to get an RMA code from them and write it on the package.
When I called for the RMA code, they told me I had to prepay them for shipping through their shipper for a total of 582.80 before they would issue an RMA number.
Whenever you call to talk to someone, they claim they are not the person to speak to... And you can't get to who you need.
